You can access the Documents menu one of the following ways:

Adding a Document
Tap Add. The camera app will open to take a picture of the document, damage, etc. After tapping Capture Image, tap Save to save the image and add it to your document. Discard the image by tapping Retry.
Select the type of document to save by tapping the Document Type drop-down list and selecting from available options. Enter your Reference Number. Add any Notes to support the image. Tap OK to save and continue or tap CANCEL to return without saving.
Editing and Deleting a Document
Tap adjacent to a document > make required changes > tap OK to save the changes.
Tap CANCEL to return without saving changes, or tap DELETE to delete the document
